The four Makepeace brothers have been called “The Everly Brothers squared” but their catchy harmonies are only part of their appeal. Aidan, Liam, Finian and Ciaran Makepeace have gained world-wide attention because their songs move people to think, feel, and dance, with lyrics that are both witty and poignant, and which spread the message embodied in their surname – “make peace”.

Awards
 Awards will be presented to the top 3 male and female finishers in age divisions: 12 & under, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 + and top 3 male and female masters (age 40+) finishers. To qualify you must select "TIMED" during the registration.
James Sheremeta, has been commissioned for the 2nd year to create hand-crafted race awards for the overall and first place division winners.
James Sheremeta is not only a talented artist, but also a gifted athlete. James has been a top distance runner for three decades in his native San Diego. James has won hundreds of races during his career nationally and internationally and currently competes as a national-class Masters runner. James has combined his talent for art and running to create original handcrafted race awards and race memorabilia for many events, including several races in Hawaii in addition to the "Finish Chelsea's Run 5k" in San Diego.
